We have worked with Ply and Laminates industry ,Particle Board Industry, Tiles and Flooring Industry, Ready made Furnitur Industry and Also worked for Setting up and managing Retail stores i.e Retail Chain Management. No matter whichever the industry is We have experienced a very common and a very Big problem with all these industries, that is if a Middle Class customer/Common Man want to Decorate his/her home with a premium product or even if he/she wants a product which is somewhat attractive and rich in look (Like Imported Products with Low in quality and no Guarantee) then its Impossible that he/she may get a product at affordable rates or in his/her budget. Premium Products or Premium look like products are almost Impossible to afford for a common man… It may be an Indian Brand or may be an Imported one. These products are so costly and are Un affordable and out of reach of Common Man/Middle Class People.
And One more most important Fact is that Middle class and Lower Middle class customers are the biggest customer base in Indian Market.
We have very deeply and closely observed that why its not working and which are the main issues.
We have came to the conclusion that most of the manufacturers are producing the material In very small scale and they are procuring the raw material in small quantities and also from the local retailers and as a result the output product is becoming costly…in few cases to reduce the prices they compromise with quality. Few players are there who are working on huge quantities but there margins are very very high and as a result selling prices are high and also Quality may be Low.
So Considering the problem, we have taken it as a huge opportunity for us and we are working on the base line/our mission/our vision whichever u may name it…. That is
